Analyze the causes of flange bolt breakage

Flange bolts may only require being loosened a mere hundred times to test for transverse vibration loosening, however, they must be vibrated repeatedly in fatigue strength testing for up to one million times. The reason for bolt breakage is typically attributed to exceedingly high fatigue strength. During use, when bolts become loose, they release a massive amount of kinetic energy (mv2) which can easily damage them over time. It's crucial to take note of this warning, as when fatigue strength is too high, bolts may eventually break. Therefore, always be mindful when handling flange bolts.
